Privacy

Short version: your journal is yours. It lives on your computer first. While you're signed in, a private copy is kept in your account so your other computers stay in step and nothing is lost with a broken PC. Nobody else can see it, we don't sell or share it, and you can turn the copy off or delete it any time.

Your journal

Everything you write (notes, answers, trades, screenshots, settings) is stored in a folder on your computer (%APPDATA%\Trading Journal). If you choose a sync folder (for example your own OneDrive), that copy is governed by that service.

The beta waitlist

When you join the waitlist we keep what you typed (email, first name, trading experience, markets, platform, note) to decide who joins the beta and to email you about it. Emails are sent through Resend. Ask us to remove you any time.
